What do you think about that? If this doesn't scream how cops' think they are above the law, I don't know what does? If you or me, exited our home to pursue an intoxicated prankster, we'd be off to prison. However, this was an off-duty "Peace-Officer", so they say, that went above and beyond the call of duty and placed himself and others in jeopardy. He's a murderer! I want justice; how about you?
